I am a physician by profession, and I strongly believe that any disease, no matter how serious it is, requires a change in our lifestyle, whether in terms of eating habits, mental well-being, or physical activity.

About Myself.

I am a medical oncologist in my clinic, an author at my desk, a plant mom when landscaping my garden, and an herbalist when experimenting in the kitchen. I explore the national parks, botanical gardens, and bookstores.

I believe in living simply, staying low-key, and reading widely.

I love to practice my faith and connect with nature with the remembrance of Almighty Allah.
